Impartiality and Conflict of Interest

ATEK commits to conducting laboratory activities impartially under ISO 17025:2017. Users must disclose conflicts involving financial relationships, commercial pressures, personal relationships with ATEK personnel, or involvement in design/manufacture of tested items.

When conflicts are identified, ATEK will document the conflict and implement appropriate measures to eliminate or minimize the risk to impartiality.

Confidential Information

Proprietary information obtained during laboratory activities receives confidential treatment. Staff cannot use confidential information personally or in ways compromising impartiality.

Commercial Impartiality

ATEK's calibration and testing decisions rely solely on objective evidence and technical criteria. Pricing applies equally regardless of results.

Reporting Issues

Users report impartiality concerns to the quality director at quality@atek.io for confidential investigation.
